Everyday Massage founder, Florence, offers personalised massages from her treatment room in Herne Hill, South London.
For Florence, the joy of being a massage therapist comes from tuning in to each and every client’s needs.
She blends deep tissue techniques with a nourishing holistic approach, often using stretching and trigger point therapy for deep release.
Florence has worked for years in leading chiropractic clinics.
In order to make your treatment safe and effective she knows how important it is to find out about all your injuries, new and old.
If you’re not in the mood for a ‘no pain no gain’ kind of massage then that’s great too, Florence will respond to whatever works for you.
Florence offers a non-judgmental, safe space that embraces all body types, genders and sexualities.
Her only regret is that the room is currently not accessible for wheelchair users, but she’s working on it.

Cancellation Policy: Whilst I understand that life and work can be unpredictable, I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice if you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise I will have to ask for 50% if the fee as a late cancellation charge to cover my losses.
